You have chosen a band that will make your party a blast. Now it’s time to book a band for a party!To do so, simply use the contact form or give us a call. If you fill out the form with as much information as possible, we can send you a comprehensive, no-obligation quote.
Once we confirm the availability of your party band, we will email you a full quote. If your party band is not available, we will suggest suitable alternatives.

1. Guitar Bands
These bands usually consist of 3 to 5 members and specialize in a selection of music that is guitar based. e.g. Rock/Indie/Pop. Guitar bands cover artists from the Beatles and the Rolling Stones to Oasis and The Killers.
2. Pop/Funk/Soul Bands
Pop, funk, and soul bands, led primarily by female vocalists and consisting of 4-12 members, are characterized by greater use of synthesizers and/or horns. The repertoire is more dance-oriented and includes soul and Motown artists such as Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder, as well as modern chart and RnB artists such as Rihanna and Beyoncé.

Party bands usually play two 60-minute sets or three 40-minute sets.
So if you have booked your party band for an evening, the schedule might be something like this:
- The band arrives at around 6pm
- At 7.30 to 8.00 it makes the all-important sound check
- then it changes
- and around 21.00 it is ready to start with the first gig.
After a 30-minute break, the second gig then starts around 22.30 and ends at 23.30. So before the usual closing time at midnight. Many party bands offer longer gigs or DJ sets for an extra charge, which can end at 1 or 2am.
Of course, the above times are just an example. The band will always contact you to tailor the performances to your celebration.
Professional party bands often take music requests, but you must give them plenty of notice. Please also keep in mind that party bands may charge a small extra fee for preparing songs that are not yet on their song list.
