The Imperial Hall – the Silbersaal in the heart of Berlin on Potsdamer Platz in the 20’s was the most famous Hotels in Berlin And contained the Kaisersaal. The hotel was destroyed in a bombing raid, the little preserved part was listed and was spectacularly moved with high costs and rebuilt. In the 20’s Charlie Chaplin, Greta Garbo and Billy Wilder lodged in the hotel.
