Graffiti hands-on activity: an unforgettable experience for guests and employees
Aim of the activity: The graffiti hands-on activity should not only promote creativity and team spirit, but also create a lasting memory for all participants. Creating something together creates a strong sense of community.
Preparation:
Choose a location: A suitable wall or a large banner that can be hung up later. The artists bring suitable partitions that protect the floor with appropriate protective measures.
Get materials: Spray cans in different colors, gloves, protective masks, brushes, and large pieces of paper for sketches.
Hire an artist: An experienced graffiti artist to give instructions and contribute creative ideas.
Course of the activity:
Introduction:
Welcome of the participants and introduction of the graffiti artist.
Short explanation about graffiti as an art form and the rules of spraying. Or everyone comes when they want during the evening and we accompany the guest.
Brainstorming:
In small groups, the participants brainstorm ideas for motifs and slogans.
Create sketches on paper to capture the best ideas.
Design:
Each participant has the opportunity to spray paint on the wall. The artist gives tips on technique and color selection.
The groups work together on a large motif that integrates all the ideas.
Reflection:
After the design, there is a short feedback round. Everyone can tell what they liked about the activity and what they will take away with them.

Sustainability:
The resulting artwork can be kept as a permanent installation in a central location or hung up as a banner.
Each participant receives a small souvenir, such as a sticker or a print of the artwork.
